ACCESS TO PUBLIC PLACES WITH YOUR ASSISTANCE DOG
Legal Access to public places for an Assistance Dog is the law in the under the Equalities Act 2010.

Being able to access all public areas is also a very important subject to our families and as such Autism Dogs CIC includes within our programme public access training that we undertake in your area together.
Autism Dogs CIC includes in our Advanced Training and the Transition, visiting retail and other public places.
The Assistance Dog must display calm, control and respond quickly and accurately to instructions once out in public.

They must be able to sit and stand still for long periods and never toilet in an indoor or unacceptable area. In ALL cases of visiting a wide range of venues we have proven that access IS possible, in fact we are often made very welcome. Identification of the Assistance Dog is important to show the general public this is a working dog providing an important service Autism Dogs CIC provide a clearly defined Assistance Dog harness, Booklet and an ID badge for the handler.

Primark, Boots, Superdrug, Bargain Booze, Timpsons, Pets4Homes, Jollyes, Lloyds TSB, HSBC, Nat West, Golf Clubs, Restaurants, Pubs, Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Bus stations, Train stations, Doctor Surgery's, Dentists, Odeon Cinemas, Charity Shops, High Streets, Car Parks, Libraries, Horse Stables, Garden Centres, Pizza Parlours, Community Centres, Hospital, and even Heathrow Airport!
